Hello wonderful friends! Both new, and existing! How are we feeling after the New Moon in Aries? I am feeling FRESH and INSPIRED, especially after a solo weekend away for some much needed personal space (touched out mama here), self-care, and uninterrupted time with my mentors. There are so many amazing ideas in my head, circling around for you all, and I just can’t wait to nourish my body and soul with good food and family, then make the time to bring these ideas and offers to life! Also, I cannot recommend a solo retreat enough – all you mama’s and homemakers, you deserve it!

Major themes for this week are all about growth and planning. The Moon is waxing through Taurus, Gemini and Cancer, encouraging us to focus on ourselves, our homes, and immediate relationships – all solid growth needs a strong foundation! Venus enters Pisces this week, signalling a shift in our love, relationships and money from community-based Aquarius, to the deeper, more mysterious Pisces. Mars conjoins Saturn this week too, which is arguably the most significant angle a planet can make! This conjunction is really going to challenge, motivate and discipline us! The Moon is in Taurus as I write this blog, and it drew me to share this beautiful shadow I happened upon last week. Taurus is a lovely sign, ruled by Venus, and grounded in Earth. I can’t think of anything more fitting. š¤
Monday 4th: With the Sun in fire-y Aries, and the Moon waxing in grounded Taurus, this Moon-day is an excellent one to start putting your ideas on paper. I’ve been recommending caution and patience for weeks now, as we’ve been approaching Aries season and the New Moon in Aries, but it’s here, and it’s time to get things done! My mentor, Ashley from @starseedshadows, will tell you that Thought + Word + Action = Creation – you’ve been thinking it, now is the time to put the Word out there, ground it on paper, and begin the process of manifestion.
Tuesday 5th: Mars conjoins (exactly meets and overlaps) Saturn in Aquarius today. This kind of aspect creates a huge, but positive, push and pull between the two celestial bodies involved, and these two are fierce! Mars, the planet of motivation and strength, and Saturn, the planet of responsibility and discipline, meet in innovative and community-minded Aquarius. My intuition is telling me that we’re burning to get to action (Mars rules Aries by the way), and Saturn is going to be calling for restraint. It could also mean that we smash through our to-do list, and are uber-productive! There is a short Void of Course Moon period today (which will be a great break from your productivity). I’m not going to lie, the times for my time zone (Australian Central Time) make me a bit giddy – 1122 till 1234*! Remember to download the Void of Course Moon calendar for your own time zone.
Wednesday 6th: Today the wonderful Venus enters Pisces. This signals a shift in our relationships (both with people, and money) from the inventive and exciting, to the creative and empathetic. Pisces energy is mysterious and changeable, and while Venus is hanging out here, we will tend to see relationships evolve – they may deepen, or die – such is the transformative nature of Pisces. Death is not the end though, just the next step in the journey. Mars will also square off against the North Node today, so you may find your ambitious endeavours challenged. Don’t worry though, Mars moves fast, it won’t last long. Bless and release.
Thursday 7th: Today see’s a big void of course moon period – a whopping 12 hours! You’re getting good at these though, right? It starts at 1244*, so you’re learning to utilise the morning for your major work actions, and appointments, then planning the afternoon/evening for routine tasks and bingeing Bridgerton, right? Mercury in Aries makes a cosy angle with Saturn in Aquarius during this time, so expect some innovative ideas to pop up, but don’t act on them tonight.
Friday 8th: At 0100* the Moon enters Cancer. Actions to do with financial security will flow with ease today, melding the energies of Venus day with the nurturing stability of supportive Cancer. Jupiter in Pisces will also cosy up to the North Node in Taurus – if you we’re still feeling the square from Wednesdays angle with Mars, it should ease off by today, and those energies of growth and expansion towards your future destiny should return.
Saturday 9th: Today brings the First Quarter Moon in Cancer (exact 1617*). It’s time to take action based on your intuition and feelings. Honour your emotions at this time, if it feels right, it can’t be bad. Struggling to listen to, or hear your intuition? Let the cards help. A minor angle between Mercury in Aries and Mars in Aquarius today should help us communicate our desires too.
Sunday 10th: Today see’s another Mercury angle, this time squaring Pluto in Capricorn. Squares can be difficult, and against Pluto in Capricorn suggests trouble clearly defining our ideas for the future. Mercury moves super fast though, so this difficulty should affect you too much on a beautiful Sun-day. The Moon finishes its transit of Cancer today, going void at 1031*, before entering Leo at 1329*. This is an excellent period to practise putting the phone down for a few hours – it’s only 3, surely we can all survive it?

Tarot card for the week: The Knight of Swords, reversed
Knights are all about movement, and Swords are the air-y suit of our intellect, ideas, thoughts, communication and travel. Reversed, you might think that we’re being told to hold the reins, but that’s not the vibe I’m getting at all. You’ll recall at the start of the week we were focussed on writing down our plans – THIS is the ‘action’ for now. Thinking, planning, writing, strategising, all good tasks for this week. Putting these thoughts and plans into action, or *gasp* skipping them all together? Not what’s needed. Yes, the Sun and Mercury are in Aries, and we started the week off a New Moon in Aries, but that’s no reason not to take careful deliberate steps towards your dreams and goals.

Who’s on Instagram and saw my fun new toy?! Yep – I got a new bath bomb press and it is PRETTY. It’s also super efficient, when my mixture cooperates… There’s some trial and error occuring, but you can trust that bath bombs are getting better and better. More specifically, bigger and harder, and (fingers crossed) not going to crumble to pieces in the post (Aus Post, I’m looking at you).
There has been one little hiccup though, and that is that the supplier sent me the wrong size mold for my smaller bombs! 1.75″ instead of 2″, so I’ve discounted them in the shop!
